100 COTTON REACTIVE DYED FLANNEL FABRIC TWO SIDES RAISING 135GSM
The reactive dyed Cotton Flannel Fabric C 24x13 42x44 57/8" 135gsm two sides brushed is a regular items of our textile products, It is a little lighter than C20x10 flannels, so most clients use this construction to make one side brushing. but some clients prefer it in two sides brushed flannel, because of its cheaper price. but it still has some perfect features like breathable, soft, confortable etc. This dyed flannel fabric can be used for baby wear, toys, textiles crafts, decrotative products. Russian clients and east Asia countries prefer this flannel fabric in both dyed and printed.
The yarns we adopting of our 100 cotton dyed flannel fabric 135gsm are brandnew cotton material of OE type, all material comes from Xinjiang Cotton Base. OE yarn can make better raising effect than RS yarn. Weaving looms we use shuttle looms and rapier looms in order to break down the final cost, so the price will be much competitive for clients. We make dyeing flannel fabric with continuous dyeing producing line to make every color almost in a same col-tone which is suitable for uniform making, especially for large quantity of a color. From this point our flannel fabric will be much better than overflow dyeing. All dyestuffs are environmental dyes. Such plain fabric is suitable for making garments, linning and hometextile etc.

We supply 100 cotton 24x13 42x44 57/8" flannel fabric 135gsm in large quantities , One side brushing or two sides brushing can be made as client's request. Different widths are available.
Our normal MOQ is 3000m per col, we also accept small quanity order more than 1000m of one color with some additional charges. We can make special weaving for client's special constructions.
